This new ST seat that is slightly taller than the original to accommodate also the taller customers. The seat is a bit wider and more comfortable- now we can customize the seat for even taller drivers ,with a lowered seating position in an original looking seat. Please choose the foam thickness for a more racy or comfortable appearance and comfort. The last changes were due to the new rules of the PCA, that called for guidance for all seat belts of a 5- or 6- point harness, so now our customer can also install the Trips device to this ST seat as well. The mounting points include the GTS pattern and the original style Recaro pattern to use it with the original or original style sliders and brackets.All these changes were made without disturbing the design and the support of the original ST seats.
It is the classic bucket seat for Porsches , which was featured in the R models and many sport configurations offered in the 60's and early 70's. Different to most other models GTS classic offers, this seat is made in fiberglass as in the original configuration. The all new ST is made in the USA with many German materials as the originals and has the look of the original seats as we have tried to improve it to meet the collectors needs.
